Scott grew up in Spotsylvania, Virginia and graduated from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA in 2015. Scott came to faith through Young Life heading into his senior year of high school (2011). He is a huge sports & football fan (Go Ravens, Go Dawgs) and he enjoys Golf, Pickleball, comedy, Taco Bell, and dad jokes. Prior to coming on staff in East Cobb, Scott was the Area Director for Fairfax City Young Life for the past 7 years in Virginia. Scott and his wife Kayla got married in 2019 and have a 2 year old daughter Henley, with another baby on the way! Scott now leads at Walton High School. I believe Young Life is one of the greatest ways to share the gospel of Jesus with teenagers through building relationships and earning the right to be heard in their life.

Laura grew up in Gwinnett. She had a Young Life leader in high school that was very influential in her walk with the Lord. She became a Young Life leader in college at Georgia College and never looked back! Laura loves getting to walk through those 4 years of high school with girls and thinks those years are so pivotal in learning about who God is showing girls they are loved exactly as they are by the God who created them. She is currently in her third year on staff with Young Life and serves at Pope and Walton High Schools.

Heather was born in Cleveland, Ohio and spent her teen years in North Atlanta. ​ She grew up a Young Life kid, and it is where she learned what a relationship with Jesus looked like. ​ She ​ loved being a leader after college, and now still loves being a part of the ministry from behind the scenes.
